I Heard It Through The Grapevine by Marvin Gaye Ooh, I bet you’re wondering how I knew About you plans to make me blue With some other guy that you knew before. Between the two of us guys You know I love you more. It took me by surprise I must say, When I found out yesterday. Don’t you know that… (Chorus:) I heard it through the grapevine Not much longer would you be mine. Oh I heard it through the grapevine, Oh and I’m just about to lose my mind. Honey, honey yeah. I know that a man ain’t supposed to cry, But these tears I can’t hold inside. Losin’ you would end my life you see, ‘Cause you mean that much to me. You could have told me yourself That you love someone else. Instead… (Chorus) People say believe half of what you see, Son, and none of what you hear. I can’t help bein’ confused If it’s true please tell me dear? Do you plan to let me go For the other guy you loved before? Don’t you know… (Chorus) Honey Honey I know That you’re letting me go said, “I heard it through the grapvine” Heard it theought the grapevine……

I can almost see it That dream I’m dreaming but There’s a voice inside my head sayin, You’ll never reach it, Every step I’m taking, Every move I make feels Lost with no direction My faith is shaking but I Got to keep trying Got to keep my head held high There’s always going to be another mountain I’m always going to want to make it move Always going to be an uphill battle, Sometimes you going to have to lose, Ain’t about how fast I get there, Ain’t about what?s waiting on the other side It’s the climb The struggles I’m facing, The chances I’m taking Sometimes they knock me down but No I’m not breaking I may not know it But these are the moments that I’m going to remember most yeah Just got to keep going And I, I got to be strong Just keep pushing on, cause There’s always going to be another mountain I’m always going to want to make it move Always going to be an uphill battle, Sometimes I’m going to have to lose, Ain’t about how fast I get there, Ain’t about what’s waiting on the other side It’s the climb There’s always going to be another mountain I’m always going to want to make it move Always going to be an uphill battle, Sometimes you going to have to lose, Ain’t about how fast I get there, Ain’t about what’s waiting on the other side It’s the climb Keep on moving Keep climbing Keep the faith baby It’s all about It’s all about The climb Keep the faith Keep your faith
